WHO IS YOUR COACH?

Hello, my name is Mary Jo and Mountain View Massage is my business. I grew up on the west coach of Ireland. I watched my very disempowered parents struggles through life completely disconnected from having self-worth or self-love while feeling out of trust with the world, while trying hard to do there best to survive & smile.   

To survive and protect my sensitive heart from the harsher realities around me, I did what most of us have done by the age of 7 or 8. I put up a heart protecting wall and tried my best to please everyone around me and avoid being judged or getting it wrong.

For the last 13+ years I have been on an amazing personnel journey of exploration to uncover the many higher truths and universal principles that empower us to create wonderful life's by design with clarity, passion and much joyous celebration of this thing we call LIFE in a body HERE on earth.

I have exceeded my wildest expectation on what is possible. I have come to realize just how connected we each are to one another and life itself in the most magical way.  I am continual amazed at the power each one of us holds within when realized and accepted to create what ever one authenically chooses in health, relationships, money...and much much more. I have come to know it is a sacred inner journey of accepting ones divine greatness and inner power.  Sounds simple and not always easy : - ) 

I have experienced much in personnel development and divinely guided inspirations to come full circle and realize the gifts of my childhood to support me in my focused determination to live a more empowered life experience and for my readiness to serve and support others during these times of immense changes on earth at the end of one cycle of evolution and the beginning of the next.
